Cancellation Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

Full payment is required at time of registration. Cancellation requests received thru email at least 30 days prior to clinic start date, will be refunded, minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of clinic start date will not be refunded. No shows will also not be refunded. 

If a player becomes sick or injured at/before clinic, 50% of the unused portion of the clinic tuition will be returned in a letter of credit for a future clinic. A doctor's note is required.

Elev802 South Shore cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen acts of God, including facility damage/closing complications or weather/COVID-19 related rink/facility cancellations and closures. 

If Elev802 South Shore cancels for any other reason not specified above we will offer you a refund. Elev802 South Shore reserves the right to cancel or change clinics, dates, times, coaching staff or locations. Any credit issued will be good for one calendar year from the date of issuance.

Private Lessons & Drop In Sessions Policy

No shows will not be refunded.  Full refunds/credit will be issued if a session is cancelled more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, there will be no refund/credit if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session.  All 10 pack lesson purchases are good for one calendar year from the date of purchase.  All 3 and 5 pack lesson purchases are good for six months from the date of purchase.
